<P class=0 style="MARGIN-TOP: 5pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 5pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: baseline; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;由于三年级的音乐课的特点是由兴趣转向技能,教材加入了竖笛演奏和简单乐句的音乐创编,学生的学习难度加大.</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><FONT face=宋体>在教学过程中，学生应该是从“要我学----我想学----我要学”这一过程转变的。为了达到这个目的，一方面，本人在教学模式上采用一些适当的发问，吸引住学生的注意力，并不断地对学生进行启发，诱发学生进行积极的思考；另一方面，我通过大量的实物展示与课件相结合，充分调动学生学习的积极性与学习兴趣，从而达到课堂教学地优化。&nbsp;我以形象的富有童趣的语言来表达符号的用法，学生学起来就不会如食鸡肋一般索然无味。在教学中融入其它学科的教学方法。在教学中我首先让学生整体感知乐曲，说说听后的感受，你最喜欢哪一个乐句？找出相同的乐句。在此基础上进行试唱、视唱、哼唱，以及歌曲的教学，在教学时有针对性，学生学习的难度降低了，效率提高了，兴趣更浓厚了。</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P align=left><FONT face=新宋体 color=#7755aa size=4><STRONG><EM>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </EM><FONT size=3>年复一年，日复一日，每天都是重复性的教学活动，每天都是“三点一线”、“朝八晚五”的单调的生活和工作。不知到哪里去寻找我的世界我的梦。</FONT></STRONG></FONT></P>
<P align=left><FONT face=新宋体 color=#7755aa size=4><STRONG><FONT size=3>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我又一次坐在电脑前，想静静地梳理自己的思绪，发表一点对生活、对工作的一些感想，可不知写些什么，脑海中浮现的却是“几分欢喜几分愁”的感慨。回顾从教的二十余年，我始终没有机会教学其他学科，一直与“音乐”一起成长、相依相伴，她带给我的是几分无奈、几分欣慰，几多欢乐、几多悲哀，更有夹缝中的挣扎、艺海中的拼搏。</FONT></STRONG></FONT></P>
<P align=left><STRONG><FONT face=新宋体 color=#7755aa size=4>&nbsp;&nbsp; 那是一个炎热而充满了绝望气息的夏天，一个刚刚过完十四岁生日的女孩，她是那么无忧无虑、天真烂漫，那么满怀憧憬、兴致勃勃地要去重点高中求学，却因为家庭不堪四个孩子读书的重负，不得不放弃她“当中国的居里夫人”的梦想，接受去师范读书的现实。当爸爸把师范录取通知书交到她手中时，她还蒙在鼓里，她是何等诧异，何等失望！因为她压根儿没有填报师范志愿，她所有的志愿栏里全部填写着“县一中”，虽然她没有把握填报“黄冈高中”，但她想考“县一中”应该是稳操胜券，是的，中考分数显示着她的成绩比“县一中”录取分数线高出十几分，但离班主任的希望和自己的理想却差远了。中考之前的目标是“黄冈高中”，当时每次模拟考试和全区拔尖考试都是名列前茅的她，不知为什么在中考的前夜却失眠了整整一夜。那是怎样折磨人的一个夜晚哪！数数睡不着，爬起来翻跟头睡不着，自己捶打自己的头也睡不着，越折腾越难以入眠，结果在第二天的考场上答了一半就睡着了，难道这就是命运的捉弄？她知道，一定是在教育组当干事的爸爸利用手中的职权更改了她的志愿，当爸爸终于承认“错误”请求女儿原谅，并要女儿理解爸爸妈妈的苦心，为家庭的困境做出“牺牲”时，她哭喊、她暴跳，她悔恨，她心虚，假如分数再高一些能被“黄冈高中”录取，现在也有资格反抗到底，她不知怎样表达她的不满，但她知道她的反抗将无济于事，一连几天，她把自己闷在房里，写日记发泄心中的不快，写了哭，哭了写，不知天昏地黑，哭红了双眼，最终她在极不情愿下被爸爸“押送”到了麻城师范，并且来到了爸爸为她选择的“音美班”学习。这个被命运安排与“音乐”结缘的女孩就是当年充满失落的我。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P align=left><STRONG><FONT face=新宋体 color=#7755aa size=4>&nbsp; 尽管是极不乐意，然而音乐却以其独特的魅力感染着我，她冲刷我的不快，她抚慰我受伤的心灵，我用歌声抒发内心的喜悦和哀愁，我用琴声表达我对生活的感悟。</FONT></STRONG></P>
